It is a private charitable institution of an educational, constituted for the promotion, development and financing of the activities of the University of Corunna and its relations with the Company.
It is therefore a non-profit organization linked to the University, included in the designation of university-business foundation and as such demonstrates the composition of the Board, the corporate purpose, and the founding purposes set out in the Statutes.
