The general objective of this project of interregional cooperation is to promote the joint development of new approaches and tools for directed programming on the local level that will be able to evaluate the different forms of local association for development (including the model of local partnership).

Specific goals of the project:

1. Development and disclosure of the culture of programming and concordance.
2. Promotion of exchange and training among civil servants.
3. Commitment of a broad-ranging local partnership involved in the development of a suitable policy.
